Jerry Shen, the CEO of Asus said that his company has now planning for shipping near about 300,000 units of their Eee Pad Transformer in this month. Not only that those Shen argues, shipment figures will be exceeded shipment for all over the tablets in spite of the Apple iPad. Shen also noticed the Taiwan Economic Times report, which stated that Asus is shipped their 400,000 units in the April and May.

Also while the Asus Eee Pad Transformer has arrived in the market of US three months ago, it was quickly sold out. But the rumor says that this device was too much low in volume because of the shortages of the component or the quality control issues. So in this matter Asus also declared that this find of unit was hard due to the demand or not supply. Also the company that they were increasing the total numbers of shipped units two months ago.

Not only that Eee Pad transformer has already set itself being apart from the competition of the tablet with the help of an optional chiclet-style keypad dock that can quite be able to transform the device into a netbook. So in spite of making the device it is much more convenient to type on as well as handle productivity tasks. Not only that this device also quite be able to extend its battery life around 10 hours to 16 hours due to the second battery within this device. The actual cost of 16GB Wi-Fi model is $400, though the dock will set you back by an extra $150.
