1. Open YouTube from your address bar of your computer browser.
2. Do log in to your YouTube Account.
3. Make right click on your account name.
4. Do select the Settings options from there.
5. In the Account Settings page, move your cursor towards Playback Setup direction and select it.
6. Again click on the Always show automatic captions option there.
7. Do hit on the Save Changes option.
