The Chit Chat (web) user interface is simple to use, with an uncluttered view. Your contacts appear in the contact list, a green face icon indicates online contacts, and a red icon indicates offline contacts, just like with Facebook Chat. When you start a chat with a friend, you can see the picture, name, and online status of the person you are chatting to. The conversation itself happens in speech bubbles, and each message is given a time stamp. This helps you work out what was said by whom, and when they said it.

The chat window is also designed to be able to easily chat to more than one friend at a time. There are tabs at the top, so just click on the tab to see the entire chat history. The browser window also shows message notifications and status alerts so you won’t miss anything. Chit Chat (web) also lets you change the look and feel of your chats by adjusting the size and color of the text, the font used, and a great range of emoticons, so you can express your unique personality.

Chit Chat (web) also lets you save a complete history of your conversations, so you can go back and double-check any information you need to.
