Samsung and Google were going to launch their co-produced Galaxy Nexus Prime in CTIA Fall Event that was going to take place next week. But for some unknown reason Google and Samsung has delayed the introduction. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus Prime was declared to run on the very new Android’s Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System.
To explain the postponed Samsung and Google declared that they would announce the launching date and venue very soon. Although, they did not declare any reason they just said that the time was not right for the launch.
Although there is no shown reason at the companies’ side, it has been suspected that the delay is due to the unfortunate death of Apple’s co – founder Steve Jobs. They might not be ready to launch the product with the unfortunate event of Steve Jobs’ funeral.
Naturally the users are not taking it very casually, because the phone is already long expected and the delay is really disappointing for the users. It is being doubted that probably Samsung and Google somehow came to know about the Nexus Prime video leak displaying the Ice Crème Sandwich and that’s why they are interested in a delay launching to check if there are indeed any problem in the phone model. If they find any defect in the phone model the extra time will enable them to re build the phone, removing or rectifying the defects. Another rumor about the delay plan is that Samsung and Google has planned to make the phone as a Verizon Wireless in the United States.
The expected new device from Samsung and Google will be associated with TI OMAP 4460 dual core Cortex A9 processor, which is clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 32 GB storage, 5 mega pixel camera and an additional 1.3 mega pixel camera and many more outstanding features.
