We can therefore say that the adoption of information technologies and communication in schools and in the classroom is necessary that they be introduced gradually and systematically, through a plan to facilitate coordination of teachers and will allow enriched by the contributions of all professionals. The information technology and communication should be placed consistently at the service of the goals of education through participatory learning skills, communication and collaboration, through critical and creative activities.
Regarding the conditions for the educational use of ICTs, it seems clear that these new possibilities, but first must overcome the guidelines can we use the medium as such and not as an end, this should be the goal, they are therefore new technologies tool and not an end in itself.
