AT&T Will Support BlackBerry Bold 9900

Till now carriers like Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile were carrying the latest version of BlackBerry Bold. But AT&T was not in the race till date. But most recently AT&T has announced that they are going to come in the same category supporting the latest BlackBerry Bold. It has been announced at the company’s side that the people, who were waiting long for AT&T to support the latest BlackBerry Bold will not have to wait much longer. AT&T will be found carrying the BlackBerry Bold from the coming August 2012.

While discussing the unique features of BlackBerry Bold 9900 Research In Motion abbreviated as RIM has announced that it is the latest addition to the series of smart phones that carry BlackBerry OS 7. They have also declared that the BlackBerry Bold 9900 is the first mobile handset that is associated with the Near Field Communications, which is abbreviated as NFC.

Although there in not much specification of the pricing and the features of the BlackBerry Bold 9900 at the company’s side at the same time the market also has some news, which has been leaked about the mentioned mobile handset. According to the leaked information the BlackBerry Bold 9900 will present the pleasure of touchscreen. It will offer a 2.8 inch and VGA 640 x 480 resolution 287 dpi capacity display screen, QWERTY keypad and optical trackpad, latest version of BlackBerry messenger and social feeds app, 5 mega pixel camera and 8 GB internal memory. From the informations available in market it can be guessed that the company has not made many changes in the latest model except the touchscreen facility.

However the mobile handset will be associated with the BlackBerry OS 7, which has an improved web browser, 720p HD video support and a reality app. In addition AT&T will provide sufficient support with its 4G HSPA+ network.
