Apple Inc. just won the court ruling against the ban that got filed for the units of Samsung. The German court tried to stop Samsung from selling their ‘Galaxy 10.1 tablets in Europe’s biggest economy’.
Good thing for Apple, that they won the lawsuit. Samsung, on the other hand, vows to make an appeal with the jurisdiction. Both companies got locked with an international battle over smartphone and tablet rights since April.
Sony new tablet computer is a failure since it fails to meet the demands of gadget enthusiasts, tech bloggers and analysts. All agreed that price and the quality did not meet the need of people, who uses such technology. Sony is going to have a tough time competing against the other consumer electronics company.
AMD not interested over the Smartphone industry, as they are more interested in the tablet industry.
Rick Bergman, SVP and GM of AMD’s products group told a meeting that the chip designer has no plans to get into the Smartphone market for now as their graphics expertise was not for the Smartphone market. They are just going to improve the upcoming AMD’s Z-series and push X86 into the tablet market.
